No medical certificate is needed if you are in good health. If you are affected by any of the conditions in the list of contraindications, a favourable medical opinion is required.

Activity description

This dive is ideal for certified divers who haven't dived for a long time. At the dive centre, you will go over everything about the diving equipment with your instructor before a full briefing. The dive then takes place in two stages: first you will review basic diving techniques, then you will finish the session with an exploration to get your feel back. Once this refresher is complete, you can join the exploration dives to discover all the finest sites in Balagne.

What level do I need to book this dive

You must hold at least PE12, but the dive centre recommends Level 1 as a minimum.

Is equipment provided?

All equipment is provided for the refresher.

Do I need a medical certificate?

If you are in good health, you do not need a medical certificate. A medical questionnaire will be filled in on site. However, some conditions, even minor ones, may be contraindicated for scuba diving: in that case you will need to provide a medical opinion. See the list of contraindications
