Activity description
This four-dive course is reserved for experienced Level 1 divers who want to access new dive sites. It is an extension of Level 1 that teaches you to dive, always accompanied by an instructor, down to 40 m. The sessions are designed to get you gradually used to depth.
The PE40 course covers managing descents, air consumption at depth, using a dive computer to manage decompression, and certain phenomena such as narcosis. At the end of this course you can obtain a certification attesting to your level in dive centres in France and abroad. This course gives access to the 20–40 m zone and corresponds to half of Level 2.
